Return and Exchange Policy​
 

At Smart Fix London, we want our customers to be delighted with their purchases.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that we offer a 7-day exchange policy; however, we are not liable for any data loss due to repairs. Returns made within 7 days will incur a 30% restocking fee, while cases and screen protectors are non-returnable. Products that have been used and damaged (user error) will not qualify for a return or exchange.

 

The product must be in original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange, with all original packaging and accessories included.

 

This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please get in touch with the Smart Fix customer service department to initiate a return or exchange. You must provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return or exchange. For returns, Smart Fix will refund the product's purchase price, less any applicable restocking fees.

 

The customer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with the return. Smart Fix will provide the customer with a replacement product of equal or lesser value for exchanges. The customer is responsible for any price difference and any shipping or handling fees associated with the exchange.

 

This return and exchange policy applies only to products purchased directly from Smart Fix. Products purchased from third-party vendors or resellers may be subject to different return and exchange policies.

Repair and Warranty Policy​

At Smart Fix, we offer repair services for electronic devices regardless of where you purchase the related hardware/software. Our experienced technicians can diagnose and repair various issues, from hardware problems to software malfunctions.

The warranty does not cover any breakage, burnt, liquid damage, or any tampering with the device or product.

To initiate a repair request, please bring your device to our store or contact our customer service department to arrange to ship. You must provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

Once we receive your device, we will perform a thorough diagnostic evaluation to determine the cause of the problem. We will then provide you with an estimate of the repair's cost and time required. You can proceed with the repair or decline the assessment and have the device returned to you.

A 30-day warranty from the date of completion covers all repairs. This warranty covers the parts and labour involved in the restoration. If a problem arises within the warranty period, we will repair the device at no additional cost to you.

If the device cannot be repaired or the repair cost exceeds the value of the device, we offer you the option to trade in your device for a refurbished model or a new device at a discounted price.

Please note that some repairs may require parts replacement, and the cost of these parts will be added to the repair estimate.

If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you to discuss the extra cost and obtain your approval before proceeding.

We offer our repair service to you regardless of where you purchased the related hardware/software. Our staff also provides repair services for devices purchased from third-party vendors or resellers.
